After graduating high school in Bayside, Queens, she entered a seven-year joint degree program at Adelphi University in Long Island and Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She completed the program with a Bachelor of Science degree while attending dental school, and earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts in 2004.
Following her dental degree, Dr. Chartzoulakis took up a General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center, where she decided to specialize in Prosthodontics, focusing on full mouth reconstruction, implants, bridgework, and crowns. In 2008, she completed the Tufts Postgraduate Prosthodontics Program and went on to attain her board certification in 2009.
